After the Fracture Finale live event ended, Fortnite players were able to head into Chapter 4, Season 1 and check out all the new content coming with the seasonal update.
Among the new additions in Chapter 4, Season 1 are reality augmentations that can help you win matches. If you’re wondering what these are and what they do, we’ve got you covered.
What are Reality Augments in Fortnite?
Fortnite’s Reality Augments Are Essentially Perks that give you special skills and boosts to help you in matches, While they don’t give you a huge advantage over the competition, they do make things a little easier.
You will be given the option to choose between two different reality augmentations at different points during a match. Since these stack, you’ll be able to get more perks as the match progresses.

Fortnite Currently Features 22 different augmented reality And each of these also provides you with different skills and weapons for you to use in a match.
Here are all the reality perks in Fortnite:

| aviator | You gain the ability to deploy your glider. |
| sniffer dog | Enemies killed by your Marksman Rifle or Bow shots will be marked briefly. |
| bow specialist | Bows are fast to draw and reload, and you regenerate arrows over time. |
| bush warrior | Regenerate health and partial shield while inside the large leaf. |
| chug gunner | Get a Chug Cannon. |
| demolition | Destroyed items have a chance to drop explosives. Player-built structures don’t count. |
| first attack | The first bullet in your assault rifle’s magazine deals bonus damage. |
| forecast | You can always see the next storm cycle. |
| jelly angler | Get a fishing rod. You can use it to catch fish anywhere, but you can only catch jellyfish. |
| light fingers | Weapons that use light ammo reload faster. |
| mechanical archer | Get an Explosive Bow and Shockwave Bow. |
| more parkour | Your energy regenerates for a short period of time after a mantle or obstacle run. |
| party time | Get balloons with in time. |
| pistol amp | The pistol has greatly increased magazine size. |
| rifle recycle | Weapons that use medium ammo have a chance to not consume ammo. |
| rushing reload | Sprinting will slowly reload your equipped shotgun. |
| flying sprint | Jump very high and with little gravity while running. |
| splash medicine | Every container you open has an opportunity to find Chug Splash. |
| storm trail | When the storm changes, ping the area to highlight nearby enemies for a short period. |
| supercharged | The vehicles you are inside consume no fuel and have increased health. |
| strategic arsenal | Gives the rare Tactical AR and Combat Shotgun. |
| tricked out | Entering the car or truck applies chonkers and cow catcher to it. |
You won’t always be able to choose the exact augmented reality augmentation you want as they are presented randomly throughout the match. However, since you’ll have two options, you can choose something that will majorly help you during matches.
