Pokemon Scarlet and Violet 1.3 Edition Fixes Walking Wake and Iron Leaves Tera Raid Bug
Pokémon Scarlet and Violet players who participated in the Walking Wake and Iron Leaves Tera Raid Battle events prior to installing version 1.2 of the game received an egg instead of the opportunity to catch Paradox Pokémon. According to the latest patch notes, this bug has been fixed and those players will now be able to catch these Pokémon.
In addition, a new set of dates for Terra Raid Battle Events for these two Pokémon will begin on May 1st. You can check out our Terra Raid Battle Guide for more details. You can also check out the Walking Wake and Iron Leaves guide for tips and the best counters to use.

bug fixes
link battles
- Fixed a bug in Link Battles where selecting ‘Swap In’ just before the selection timer reached zero could fail to switch to the selected Pokémon and cause subsequent switching – and the battle itself – to be abnormal to function properly.
- Fixed a bug in Link Battles where once the remaining time for a battle was less than a minute, it would no longer display where it should have.
- Fixed a bug that occurred in Link Battles where the amount of time the Trainer had to choose their next Pokémon was reduced, depending on the move used when the Pokémon fainted.
War
- Fixed a bug where the Cod Chew ability would re-trigger every two times after it was triggered the first time, contrary to what is written in the ability description.
- Fixed a bug that occurred when Zoroark Terastalized used its Illusion ability to disguise itself as another Pokémon. On the Check Status screen, the Terralized Zoroark’s type will display as the original type Pokémon that disguised itself, rather than the Zoroark’s Tera type.
- Fixed a bug that occurred when Zoroark used its Illusion Ability to disguise itself as another Pokémon that was already Terastalized. This bug caused Zoroark’s type to be displayed incorrectly on the check status screen as the Terra-type Pokémon Zoroark disguised itself.
- Fixed a bug in Double Battles with moves that caused stat changes for Pokémon using moves. This bug caused stat changes to occur incorrectly twice if the user hit two opposing Pokémon with the move while one opposing Pokémon was behind a substitute.
pokemon go connectivity
- Fixed a major game crash on the screen used to pair with a Pokémon Go account.
Other
- Fixed a bug affecting Trainers who received Hisuiyan Zoroark from the Mystery Gift screen as a special starting purchase bonus for The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero for Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet that were previously in their game. Zoroark was without sight. This bug caused Zoroark to be incorrectly displayed as registered in these trainers’ Pokédexes.
- Other selected bug fixes have been implemented.
Despite the many bug fixes implemented with update 1.3 for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, it seems like most of them are focused on fixing the issues version 1.2 brought. Players are still demanding a quality of life update and other major bug fixes for the issues they have been experiencing since launch.
