How to get The Gooch mask in GTA Online

The Grand Theft Auto Online 2022 Winter Update brought The Gooch Mask cosmetic item for players to equip, and here’s how you can get it.

There’s brand new GTA Online content for Grand Theft Auto players to look forward to when the Winter Update arrives, including new cosmetic items like the WM 29 pistol and the Snowman outfit.

Another new cosmetic item now available in the game is The Gooch Mask which is a reference to The Grinch. If you want to get this holiday-themed mask, we’ll go over how to do it.

How to find The Gooch in GTA Online

To get this The Gooch mask, You have to eliminate The Gooch NPC lays eggs after about 45 minutes if you’re in A gta online Session with at least one other player.

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Participate in a GTA Online session with at least one other player.
2. Wait 45 minutes for the Gooch to attack you.
3. Follow Gooch as the NPC runs away.
4. Kill Gooch.

Once Gooch is defeated, you’ll be able to loot the mask from his body along with $25,000. This NPC steals all the cash and snacks you have, similar to the robber that players can summon by summoning Lamar.

Gooch won’t appear if you’re in the middle of a mission or inside a building. It will also fail to thrive if you do not have money in your wallet or in the bank. So, make sure you are in an accessible location to get The Gooch Mask.

We recommend staying near the car when the Gooch attacks because you’ll be down for a few seconds while this NPC walks away. Having a vehicle lets you catch up quickly and collect the masks before you can just run past The Gooch.
