Realme Narzo 50 Review: Design

Realme has experimented with different textures and patterns on its Number and Narzo series phones. While the recently launched number series phone – the Realme 9 Pro + – comes with a glittery back cover, the Realme Narzo 50 can show off his Kevlar Speed Texture design.

When I picked it up, it reminded me of the OnePlus 6 Marvel Limited Edition phone. The texture pattern of Realme Narzo 50 is very similar to OnePlus phones. At the time, OnePlus announced it as being inspired by Marvel’s Avengers, while Realme claims the back of his Narzo was inspired by racing cars. Nonetheless, the back of the phone is textured in the center and has a smooth finish on the left and right sides.

There is a power button on the right side of the main unit, a volume locker and a SIM card tray on the left side. The back has a rectangular module housing a triple camera and LED flash, while the front has a selfie camera lens in the upper left corner.

There’s a headphone jack, speaker grille, and charging port on the bottom, and a clean top. The smartphone weighs 194 grams and feels good in the hand, but I wish the dimensions were a little more compact.

Realme Narzo 50 Review: Battery

The Realme Narzo 50 has a 5000mAh battery and is paired with a 33W fast charger. When charging, it took about an hour for the phone to charge to 100%. Battery saving options such as sleep mode, sleep optimization, and app freezer also helped save battery.

With moderate use by one person, the battery lasts him a day and a half. Heavy users need to charge once a day.

Realme Narzo 50 Review: Performance

Like most Realme smartphones, the Narzo 50 runs on Android 12 based Realme UI 3.0. The latest version of Realme custom skins always has noticeable improvements. A few customization options make things much smoother.

There’s the privacy display that Google introduced with Android 12. The new UI 3.0 features fluid spatial design, UI personalization, smoother animations, always-on display, and more privacy features. All of this makes Realme UI 3.0 a very seamless experience.

The device has bloatware, but you can remove it if you don’t want it. Bloatware includes apps from Facebook, Josh, Dailyhunt, Moj, Snapchat, PhonePe, LinkedIn, Amazon, and Realme itself.
The Realme Narzo 50 has a single bottom-firing speaker that provides excellent sound quality. Two speakers are a better choice, and upgrading regular speakers to stereo speakers is also a routine occurrence. Narzo 50’s signal quality does not disappoint, even in low network zones.

In terms of hardware, Realme Narzo series phones have always been classified as performance-oriented devices. Realme also follows the same template, offering the Mediatek Helios G96 octa-core processor we saw in the Realme 8i. The chipset is manufactured using the 12-nanometer node. It features 2 Cortex A76 cores, performance cores clocked at 2.05 GHz and 6 Cortex A55 cores, efficiency cores clocked at 2.00 GHz.

Having experienced the Helio G96 SoC in the past, I already knew what to expect before using the Narzo 50. As expected, performance is not an issue here. I was able to run multiple apps without issue.
The smartphone also has a game mode that lets you choose your gaming style and notification settings. As the phone warmed up, the game ran smoothly on the device with no lag, and games such as BGMI run fine on default graphics settings.

The combination of Helio G96 and Realme UI 3.0 worked well. Here are the results of some benchmark tests ran: These include Geekbench 5, 3D Mark, Throttle Test, and Gfx Bench. Overall, the Narzo 50’s performance is passable as it handles everyday tasks well. This includes making calls, watching videos, accessing the Internet, and even playing games.

Realme Narzo 50 Review: Camera

Narzo 50 has a triple camera on the back. It features a 50-megapixel primary lens with a large area, f/1.8 aperture, and 4x zoom. Plus, there’s a 2-megapixel macro and a black-and-white lens for more photo options. There’s also a selfie camera on the front. You can record video up to 1080p at 30 fps.

Camera setup features include portrait mode, AI scene enhancement, pro expert mode, and ultra macro. The daytime images when clicked with the Narzo 50 camera were impressive even in the harsh sunlight. What impresses me most is the portrait mode, which offers detailed (close-up) photos. Night mode is strictly average and may only work for casual users. Here are some camera examples.

The overall camera settings are good as the colors in the Narzo 50 click photos look vibrant and fresh. Pictures of flowers show how the colors can pop and give a vivid portrait.

A 16 MP selfie camera does the job, too. Clicking selfies in the sun is a problem, as faces often appear invisible, but I didn’t have this problem with the Narzo 50’s selfie camera. When I clicked on the picture, it was as clear as water. The only big downside I felt in the camera department was that Realme could have offered an ultra-wide sensor instead of offering two 2MP lenses, although the ultra-wide lens is useful if you want a wider field of view , which was not possible with the Narzo 50.

Review Verdict: Should you buy Realme Narzo 50?

Why it is the Best gaming mobile under 10000?

The Realme Narzo 50 seems to have solid features for a smartphone offered at Rs. 10,32 (Flipkart Price). The design is decent, the feel is decent, the processor is powerful, the battery is strong, and it comes with a screen with a high refresh rate.

The camera performance is downright average and the sound quality isn’t great, but the device is decent It offers a gaming experience. It also features dynamic RAM expansion, mostly found in budget phones. So unless you’re someone who wants a pro-level camera and his 5G connectivity, the Realme Narzo 50 could be a smart purchase for budget-conscious consumers.

2) Xiaomi Redmi 10 Prime 2022 (Best gaming mobile under 10000)

Xiaomi Redmi 10 Prime (Best gaming mobile under 10000)

Redmi 10 Prime is the successor to Redmi 9 Prime and claims to have many improvements over its predecessor. The smartphone is powered by the new MediaTek Helio G88 SoC and features a 50MP main camera. I’m here. Redmi 10 Prime starts at Rs. 12,499, which is higher than Redmi 9 Prime’s introductory price. Is the new Redmi 10 Prime worth the price you’re looking for or should you look elsewhere? To find out, we tested the Redmi 10 Prime.

Redmi 10 Prime price in India

Redmi 10 Prime starts at Rs. 12,499 in India for 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variants. You can choose a higher variant that costs rupees. $14,499 for 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Redmi 10 Prime comes in three color options: Bifrost Blue, Astral White and Phantom Black.

Redmi 10 prime design

Xiaomi stuck to the design language of the ‘Evol’, which debuted in the Redmi Note 10 series. This design gives the Redmi 10 Prime a familiar look. The smartphone has a large 6.5-inch display with eye-catching bezels on all sides. At the top center of the display is a hole for the selfie camera. The hole is big, so some people may be concerned. Xiaomi has made the frame out of plastic and has rounded edges to make the device easier to grip.

The Redmi 10 Prime has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner integrated into the power button on the right side, above which are the volume buttons. The fingerprint scanner was easy to hit, but I had to stretch to reach the volume buttons. SIM tray only on the left. Like Redmi 9 Prime, the top and bottom of the frame are flat. The top has a 3.5mm headphone jack, IR emitter, and speaker vents, while the bottom has a USB Type-C port, primary mic, and speaker.

The back wall is also made of plastic. The camera module houses four cameras and protrudes slightly, causing the device to wobble when placed on a flat surface. I had the Blue Bifrost colorway, which has a nice gradient pattern on the back, but the glossy finish appears fingerprints on it.

Redmi 10 Prime specifications

Redmi 10 Prime is one of the few current smartphones with MediaTek Helio G88 SoC. Depending on which variant you choose, Xiaomi comes with 4 GB or 6 GB of RAM. These variants offer storage capacities of 64 GB or 128 GB. There is an option to add 1GB of RAM to the base variant using a fraction of the memory and 2GB is possible for the higher variants.

The 6.5-inch display has Full HD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 90 Hz and uses Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The display is set to 60Hz by default, but can be changed to 90Hz in the display settings. According to Xiaomi, this smartphone uses an adaptive refresh rate, which can be lowered to 45Hz when the screen content is static, 60Hz for streaming video, and even 90Hz for scrolling and gaming, thus reducing consumption power can be optimized.

The IR emitter on the top can be used to control IR-based appliances

Xiaomi equips the Redmi 10 Prime with a large 6,000mAh battery. There is a 22.5W charger in the box, but the device can only be charged at 18W.It also supports 9W reverse charging, so you can use this phone as a power bank to charge other devices. You can also. Redmi 10 Prime is a dual SIM device and supports both 4G and VoLTE on both his SIMs. It also features a dedicated microSD card slot for storage expansion. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.1, dual-band WiFi, and four satellite navigation systems.

It got MIUI 12.5 on top of Android 11 and the device was running the July Android security patch. Smartphones come pre-installed with many apps such as Amazon, Facebook, Prime Video, LinkedIn, Mi Credit, Netflix, and more. These apps can be uninstalled. This is a step in the right direction for Xiaomi. GetApps, a Play Store alternative, is also pre-installed and will send you several push notifications during the test period.

The Redmi 10 Prime’s interface is easy to use, and scrolling through menus seemed smooth. You’ll also find some of Xiaomi’s other features seen on previous devices here, such as Game Turbo, Second Space and Lite Mode.

Redmi 10 Prime performance

The Redmi 10 Prime’s display is good and in my experience bright enough for indoor use. The stereo speakers are loud, which makes watching videos and playing games a little more appealing. The sound is muffled at high volumes, but acceptable for this price point. In most cases, I found the side-mounted fingerprint scanner to unlock the device quickly.

There was a 6GB RAM variant that allowed apps to load quickly, and multitasking between them was easy. We ran a benchmark test to check the performance of Redmi 10 Prime. The phone scored 245,744 points on the AnTuTu benchmark. It scored 8,375 in PCMark Work 3.0, while in Geekbench 5 it scored 365 and 1,174 in single-core and multi-core tests respectively. Redmi 10 Prime managed 40 fps in GFXBench’s T-Rex test and 8.6 fps in Car Chase test.

After playing BGMI (Battegrounds Mobile India) on my Redmi 10 Prime and the graphics and frame rate defaulted to HD and high settings respectively. The game was playable on these settings and I didn’t notice any lag or stuttering. After about 30 minutes, the phone felt slightly hot and showed 9% battery drain.

A massive 6,000 mAh battery is big enough for more than a day and a half. In the HD video loop test, the phone worked for 16 hours and 24 minutes. Charging at 18W with the included charger, the phone was 24% in 30 minutes and 50% in 1 hour.

Redmi 10 Prime camera

Redmi 10 Prime comes with a quad camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The camera app hasn’t changed much from what we’ve seen on recent Xiaomi phones: there’s a quick toggle between HDR and AI, and a pro mode that gives you full control over your settings.

Most of the pictures taken with Redmi 10 Prime were taken under cloudy skies. Photos taken during the day looked decent with average detail. These were exaggerated and not very appealing to me. The edges of the frame were also a little rough. The ultra-wide camera allows us to capture a wider image, but we found the output to be of lower quality compared to the primary sensor. The output also had a slight distortion around the edges.

The close-up shots had good detail, and once the AI kicked in, the phone immediately recognized where it was pointed.Colors were fairly accurate, and the phone was able to distinguish between the subject and the background to create depth effects. Edge detection was good for portrait shots, and the phone was able to effectively blur the background. There’s also an option to set the level of blur before taking the photo. The macro had a good amount of detail, but I had to adjust the frame so that the phone’s own shadow didn’t cast onto the subject during the capture. Output is limited to 2 megapixels.

The camera’s low-light performance was strictly average. The recording looked bleak and lacked detail. Enabling AI improves performance slightly, but not significantly. Night mode produces a slightly brighter image, but still lacks detail.

Selfies taken with the 8-megapixel front-facing camera were fine even in daylight. The output also seemed sharper because the blacks were aggressively tweaked. Edge detection for portrait shots was good, and the phone managed decent background blur during the day, although low-light selfies taken under street lights proved subpar. , selfies taken with brighter close-up light sources worked just fine.

Video recording reaches 1080p for both the main camera and selfie shooter. The footage was not stable when shooting during the day or at night.

Review Verdict: Should you buy Xiaomi Redmi 10 Prime?

Why it is the Best gaming mobile under 10000?

Redmi 10 Prime has better hardware than Redmi 9 Prime, but it also comes at a higher price. It offers better performance than its predecessor but lacks a camera, with a high refresh rate panel and its 6,000mAh high-capacity battery, which benefits even the average user. Starting at Rs. 10,930 (Flipkart Price), this phone has to compete with the Realme 8i, which on paper has better specs.

3) Xiaomi Poco M4 Pro (Best gaming mobile under 10000)

Xiaomi Poco M4 Pro (Best gaming mobile under 10000)

Poco phones have traditionally offered a high level of complete multimedia capabilities at an affordable price, and the Xiaomi Poco M4 Pro is no exception.

The Poco M4 Pro is more than just a Poco M4 Pro 5G with next-gen network connectivity turned off, as the name suggests.

Xiaomi Poco M4 Pro Specs

  • Android 11
  • 6.43in, FHD+, AMOLED, 90Hz, flat display
  • Side-mounted fingerprint sensor
  • Mediatek Helio G96
  • 6GB/8GB LPDDR4 RAM
  • 128GB/256GB storage
  • 64Mp, f/1.8 main camera
  • 8Mp ultra-wide camera
  • 2Mp macro camera
  • Up to 1080p @ 30fps rear video
  • 16Mp front-facing camera
  • Stereo speakers
  • Dual-SIM
  • Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac
  • Bluetooth 5.0
  • 5000mAh battery
  • 33W charging
  • 159.87 x 73.87 x 8.09 m
  • 179.5g
  • Launch colours: Graphite Gray, Pearl White, Twilight Blue

From the design to the display, from the camera to the CPU, it’s an amazingly different package. No chopping words here, the Poco M4 Pro is a better phone than its 5G siblings and should be the preferred choice for those willing to sacrifice top network speeds.

Xiaomi Poco M4 Design & Build

  • 8.1mm
  • 179.5g
  • No IP rating

Like the Poco M4 Pro 5G, the Poco M4 Pro makes a pretty good impression as a flagship phone. A quick glance at the phone, face down on the table, might convince you that it’s worth three times the asking price.

Interestingly, Poco mixes this rear design up a bit from his 5G model. And I’m not just talking about a shinier, more reflective finish, as the latter comes with a vertical camera module in a flat black block, while the 4G model has a 4G model that’s almost the width of the phone. Provides a fully expanded camera module.

Not all of them are actually cameras, and the module still appears to be housed in a similar vertical stripe in the top left corner.

Xiaomi Poco M4 Pro (Best gaming mobile under 10000)

With a thickness of 8.1mm and a weight of 179.5g, it is slimmer and lighter than the 5G model. Combined with the phone’s small display (more on that later), it’s relatively portable for a phone.

The Poco M4 Pro only comes in three colors, but there’s a pretty dramatic difference between the somber Power Black model I tested and the bright Poco Yellow model you see in press materials. There’s also a Cool Blue version that’s somewhere in between the two poles.

One of Poco’s signature features, present in the M4 Pro, is the correct set of dual speakers. Even the £300 OnePlus Nord CE 2 opts for mono speakers, so this shouldn’t be taken for granted.

Xiaomi Poco M4 Screen

  • A switch to AMOLED
  • 6.4in 90Hz
  • Impressive colour and brightness

The display used in the Poco M4 Pro is fundamentally different from the 5G model. At 6.4 inches (vs. 6.6) it’s slightly smaller, but not by any means small, and offers the same 2400 x 1800 Full HD+ resolution.

Both screens have a refresh rate of 90Hz, although they are set to 60Hz by default. The M4 Pro also gets a hard polling rate of 180Hz, making it suitable for fast-action games.

However, the main topic here is the transition to AMOLED panel technology. This is Poco’s first appearance in his M series. This makes the screen of the Poco M4 Pro much more vivid than the LCD of the Poco M4 Pro 5G, with greater dynamic range, deeper blacks and purer whites.

Xiaomi Poco M4 Pro (Best gaming mobile under 10000)

The default Vivid mode achieves sRGB 100%, Adobe RGB 87.5% and DCI P3 100%, a strong result. By switching to standard mode you can get a better and more natural output, with a very accurate Delta E of 1.05 as opposed to 3.49 in this Vivid mode. Closer to 1 is better, so you can see that there is a clear difference.

We recorded a peak brightness of 428 nits with auto-brightness off, but Xiaomi claims we can reach up to 1000 nits with auto-brightness on. Even the Xiaomi 12 is quoted at 1100 nits, which is practically at the flagship level.

Overall, the display looks exactly like the components used by Xiaomi in the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 and Redmi Note 11S. I was impressed with these phones, but so was the similarly priced Poco M4 Pro.

Xiaomi Poco M4 Specs & Performance

  • MediaTek Helio G96
  • 6/8GB RAM
  • 128/256GB storage

Poco M4 Pro 5G runs on MediaTek Dimensity 810, while Poco M4 Pro runs on MediaTek Helio G96. This latter chip is built using the older and less efficient (compared to 6nm) 12nm process, the same processor that runs the Redmi Note 11S and Realme 8i.

Xiaomi Poco M4 Pro (Best gaming mobile under 10000)

However, the M4 Pro’s SoC appears to have a much faster CPU than its 5G siblings, with an average Geekbench 5 multi-core score of 1836 and 5G’s score of 1582, which is a huge advantage.

Conversely, the Poco M4 5G chip appears to have a slightly better GPU, showing a few frames per second advantage over the Poco M4 Pro in all GFX bench benchmark tests.

In the real world there isn’t much between them. The M4 Pro feels wonderfully smooth, if not quite silky like the true flagship.

The model I’m testing has 6GB of RAM, but there are also 8GB models. In any case, the Poco M4 Pro can take advantage of Xiaomi’s Dynamic RAM Expansion Technology. This allows you to borrow 3GB of internal storage from 128GB or 256GB of ROM for additional storage.

Speaking of storage, there’s a microSDXC slot for expansion.

Xiaomi Poco M4 Cameras

  • 64Mp main camera
  • 8Mp ultrawide
  • 2Mp macro
  • 16Mp selfie camera

The Poco M4 Pro features a triple camera system with a 64-megapixel sensor, first seen in the M series. The 5G model uses a 50 Mp sensor.

By default the camera captures 16Mp recordings with 4-in-1 pixel binning, but he can choose 64Mp recordings if he wants.

This main sensor is supported by an 8 MP ultra wide angle sensor and a 2 MP macro sensor. Yes, the latter is as pointless here as it is in most other places.

Xiaomi Poco M4 Pro (Best gaming mobile under 10000)

Image quality is pretty decent, at least given a lot of light.Color reproduction is nice and natural, with very little over-punching.

There is no telephoto lens here, so the phone is cropped on the main sensor. Higher megapixel count means less loss of detail (if you haven’t examined these shots closely). This is where you want the full 64 Mp.

The 8Mp ultra-wide sensor predictably lacks detail, but audio isn’t completely eliminated by the excellent main sensor. This is a big advantage. However, this end of the market is prone to inevitable overexposure.

Night mode doesn’t compete with more expensive phones, but it does a commendable job of brightening up the scene.

Xiaomi Poco M4 Pro (Best gaming mobile under 10000)

The 16-megapixel front-facing camera can take beautiful, sharp selfies, but annoyingly it’s a good idea to turn off the skin smoothing tool, which is activated by default. Selfie portrait mode basically makes your subject stand out, but it eats into the peripheral detail a bit too much, creating a disturbing smudge effect around the face and body.

Video capture is disappointingly small at 1080p/30 fps. The Poco M4 Pro 5G can reach at least 1080p at 60fps.

Xiaomi Poco M4 Battery Life & Charging

  • 5000mAh
  • 33W fast charging
  • Adapter included

The Poco M4 Pro has a 5000mAh battery. It’s nice and big, but pretty typical for a phone in this price range.

Like other budget competitors, it’s good for frequent use throughout the day.

Interestingly, the Poco M4 Pro does slightly better than the M4 Pro 5G in our standard battery test. Running the PCMark Work 3.0 battery benchmark, simulating the phone’s battery performance under sustained but mixed loads, the Poco M4 Pro lasted 10 hours and 56 minutes compared to 5G’s 10:39.

Xiaomi Poco M4 Pro (Best gaming mobile under 10000)

This is surprising because the M4 Pro 5G’s MediaTek Dimensity 810 is much more power efficient than the M4 Pro’s Mediatek Helio G96. An AMOLED display clearly makes a difference here, but it still falls short of the Redmi Note 11.

The charging speed is very similar to the Poco M4 Pro 5G, considering it comes with the same battery size and the exact same 33W charger in the box. 0 to 29% in 15 minutes and 59% in 30 minutes. I was able to go I was able to charge it up to 99% in 1 hour.

Xiaomi Poco M4 Software & Apps

  • Android 11
  • MIUI 13

The Poco M4 Pro runs on MIUI 13 layered on top of Android 11. With sticky icons and full-page notifications that pop up every time you install an app, this is still not the most attractive Android skin.
However, with the Google feed on the left and separate control center and notification areas like iOS, it’s easy to use. Of course, you are free to disable this.

In fact, MIUI’s personalization potential is its greatest strength. Themes apps offer a true storefront with customized home screens and matching icon packs that could give your phone a whole new look.

From Opera’s unnecessary second web browser to entire folders full of third-party apps like LinkedIn and WPS Office, there’s still too much pre-installed bloatware. There are also quite a few third-rate games available.

Still, MIUI has become very useful these days, simply because it’s so ubiquitous.

Xiaomi Poco M4 Price & Availability

The Poco M4 Pro is available now at a starting price of Rs. 10,999/- for 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. (Flipkart Price)

This puts the Poco M4 Pro in roughly the same price range as the Poco M4 Pro 5G. But remember, you can pay to get more storage and RAM.

Review Verdict: Should you buy Xiaomi Poco M4?

Why it is the Best gaming mobile under 10000?

The Poco M4 Pro goes in a surprisingly different direction than the Poco M4 Pro 5G. You might lose your 5G connection, but you get significantly more connectivity in return.
This allows us to integrate his AMOLED display for the first time in the series and the 64-megapixel main camera for the first time.

While it’s arguable that the Poco M4 Pro’s unique design is better than its brother’s, the fact that some effort was put into making it different is commendable. It’s a little more compact and easy to use with one hand. Add in more generous RAM and storage options, and you’ve got a well-appointed budget phone that feels slightly more premium than its closest siblings.

4) Xiaomi Redmi 10 (Best gaming mobile under 10000)

Xiaomi Redmi 10 (Best gaming mobile under 10000)

Xiaomi has become a force to be reckoned with at every price point, and with the Redmi 10, the company offers a solid mid-range phone at a surprisingly affordable price.

It’s also a nice looking phone, offering a glossy finish that feels more premium than most phones under Rs. 10,000. There’s a fingerprint sensor on the wake button and it’s almost full screen front and its Considering the components, it works wonderfully.

Unfortunately, the 90Hz screen uses LCD technology, which makes it feel a bit limited compared to his latest phones, which use OLED technology. Still, it’s hard to argue with the price.

Xiaomi Redmi 10 Specs

  • Processor – MediaTek Helio G88
  • RAM – 4GB
  • Storage – 64GB/128GB
  • Battery – 5,000mAh
  • Operating System – MIUI 12 (based on Android 11)
  • Display – 6.5-inch FHD+ Display (90Hz), 1080P
  • Network – 4G/3G supported
  • Cameras Rear – 50Mp, 8Mp ultrawide, 2Mp depth, 2Mp macro
  • Cameras Front – 8Mp
  • Dimensions – 162 x 75.5 x 8.9mm
  • Weight – 181g

Xiaomi Redmi 10 Design & Build

  • 8.9mm
  • 181g
  • No waterproofing

Despite this low price, there’s no denying that the Xiaomi Redmi 10 looks and feels great.

It looks great thanks to the matte finish on the back (my review unit is sea blue, also available in pebble white and carbon gray options) as it catches the light and makes every part look like a premium device. Unlike the Redmi Note 10 5G, the back is glossy. That means it attracts a lot of fingerprints and doesn’t grip as much as its stable mate.

It’s all frontal business and pretty much everything on screen. There are bezels here, perhaps more noticeable on the LCD screen (more on that later), but we ditch the notch in favor of a “pinhole” selfie camera.

The phone charges via USB-C on the bottom, and on the right side you’ll find a volume rocker above the sleep/wake button, and you’ll also see Google Assistant. The button also includes a fingerprint sensor, but the Redmi 10 can also be unlocked with a passcode or pattern if desired.

Finally, there is his IR blaster on the top of the device, which Xiaomi has had for some time, but has yet to find a real use for it. Some form of waterproofing or waterproofing is required, but there is none.

Xiaomi Redmi 10 Screen and Display

  • 6.5in LCD
  • Full HD+
  • 90Hz with AdaptiveSync

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G LCD display is quite impressive at 6.5 inches. This canvas gives users plenty of room to play around with apps, but it lacks the vividness of an OLED panel.

I know the decision was made to hit the desired price range but the full HD + 1080×2400 display capped at his 90Hz and many of his stablemates capped at his 120Hz increase. But in reality, going above 60Hz, like the Honor 50 Lite, is a nice new standard for a smoother experience.

At rest, the phone’s AdaptiveSync is 45Hz and video streaming is 60Hz. As you scroll through social media or play games, the refresh rate is boosted to 90Hz. This is a smart way to keep the screen from consuming too much power when you don’t need it, and it helps keep battery life at a reasonable level.

However, the lack of contrast in LCD panels is more pronounced. Pictures rarely show up and I always wanted a little more vibrancy. Even the home screen icons feel very boring.

Daytime visibility is poor unless you look directly at it, and viewing angles aren’t great either. That’s a shame given the size of the display, as it’s a sizable piece of real estate for movies, TV, or just wanting to throw the best camera snaps.

Xiaomi Redmi 10 Specs & Performance

  • MediaTek Helio G88
  • 4GB RAM
  • 64 or 128GB storage.

The Redmi 10 comes with a MediaTek Helio G88 and display quality aside is the biggest indicator of the compromises that have been made to achieve such a low price.

Running Geekbench 5 and other benchmarks shows the average results below. It performs similarly to the more expensive Poco M4 Pro and is roughly on par with the Moto G9 Power in battery tests.

In the real world, it’s more than enough to run a game of PUBG Mobile (on medium settings at best) or multitask between Google’s apps like Docs and Sheets while checking emails. Otherwise the bridge is too far.

This is partly due to his only 4GB of RAM. This means that demanding apps must be closed before other apps can be opened. A 6GB model is also available, but only in select markets. Storage is 64GB or 128GB, but there is a microSD card slot.

Xiaomi Redmi 10 Cameras

  • 50Mp main camera
  • 8Mp ultrawide
  • 2Mp depth and macro
  • 8Mp selfie

As for the cameras, the Xiaomi Redmi 10 will feature a 50MP snapper on the back and an 8MP front sensor on the display.

The back is a bit unthrilling and a little too functional for my taste. The image is sharp but lacks vibrancy and is useless when viewed on a basic LCD screen. Contrast is minimal across the board, and when combined with the screen, all images look washed out.

Daytime colors are pretty accurate though, but if you’re looking for a phone to take pictures with, this isn’t it.The quad array on the back might sound impressive, but we’ve seen it countless times As we said, the dual 2-megapixel sensors are really just for numbers.

The shot offers plenty of detail in the foreground, but the bokeh effect means the background isn’t as sharp as you can see in the photo of the toys on the shelf.Redmi 10 captures the moment, but looking back Night mode performance isn’t anything special either, as it doesn’t offer much when you look at it.

Selfies are sharp even though the Beautify option is on by default. Without them, facial details are blurry, making it hard to tell if the front camera is just not cutting the mustard or if it has additional filters applied.

Video lacks his OIS (optical image stabilization) and is limited to 1080p at 30 fps, with 720p resolution also an option.

Xiaomi Redmi 10 Battery Life & Charging

  • 5000mAh
  • 18W charging
  • Adapter included

The Redmi 10 has a massive 5000mAh battery that can easily last a day and a half. Less active social media scrollers and gamers may hit two days before they need the plugin.

I ran my usual Work 3.0 test and saw a very impressive 15 hours and 48 minutes of screen time while the phone performed simulated tasks.

A fast charger with 18W fast charging as standard and a 22.5W charger is also included. By today’s standards, it’s not that fast. In our typical 30 minute dead test, the Redmi 10 only reached 29% charge.

Xiaomi Redmi 10 Software

  • Android 11
  • MIUI 12.5

The Xiaomi Redmi 10 will run MIUI 12.5, Xiaomi’s own Android variant, on top of Android 11 instead of the current Android 12. Updates may occur at some point.

For now, however, MIUI 12 is comfortable. It’s highly customizable, has a quick and easy setup wizard, and doesn’t differ much from the stock Android version.

One thing to note, though, is that it contains a fair amount of bloatware. At first launch, we saw a variety of utility apps as well as space-hungry games like PUBG Mobile. Be prepared to uninstall a lot of unwanted content.

Xiaomi Redmi 10 Price & Availability

The Xiaomi Redmi 10 is available worldwide and costs Rs. 8,299/- for 64GB. There’s also 128GB variant but it has a microSD slot so storage is not the issue.

Review Verdict: Should you buy Xiaomi Redmi 10?

Why it is the Best gaming mobile under 10000?

The Xiaomi Redmi 10 is a reliable phone that won’t surprise you, but it won’t strain your wallet either.

The camera and display tech is fairly basic, but it offers a large screen with an adaptive refresh rate of up to 90Hz, solid battery life, and looks great.

Unsurprisingly, it lacks 5G for the price, limited performance, slow charging, and no waterproofing. Still, if you don’t want a phone that just sings and dances, this is one of the best options under Rs. 10,000/- at the moment.

5) Motorola E22s (Best gaming mobile under 10000)

There are volume up and down buttons and power buttons on the right side of the main unit, and a SIM tray on the left side. One speaker, Type-C USB port, microphone on the bottom. The Moto E22s has a 6.5-inch IPS HD+ display with a cutout on the top. The phone features a buttery-smooth scrolling display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, and 500 nits peak brightness, so you can use it outdoors.

The Moto E22s’ LCD display offers good image quality when watching YouTube videos. However, Widevine L1 is supported when playing content on streaming platforms such as Amazon and Netflix.

Overall, for a budget smartphone in this price range, the display would be really nice.

Moto E22s Camera

On the back of the Moto E22s is a dual camera setup with a 16MP AI camera system and a 2MP depth sensor and flash. It supports dual capture technology, allowing the front camera to record videos and photos at the same time.

With a 16-megapixel camera, the Moto E22s’ dual cameras take decent photos. The depth sensor also does a great job when it comes to taking portrait bokeh photos. The phone can record video at 1080P resolution at 30 frames per second without stabilization support.

Time Lapse, Dual Shot, Facial Massager, Live Filters, Panorama, Pro Mode, Night Vision, Portrait Mode, HDR are some of the exciting features of the 16MP AI Camera.

It has an 8-megapixel selfie camera that takes average photos compared to other phones. However, portrait selfies are much better in this price range.

Moto E22s Performance

The Moto E22s is powered by a MediaTek Helio G37 octa-core processor clocked at 2.3GHz and 4GB of RAM. Naturally, the processor was not designed for gaming or heavy tasks. It cannot handle multiple applications at the same time and can only be used for mundane tasks such as playing videos or social media applications.

When Moto E22s tested, benchmark and the AnTuTu score was 118695, indicating that it lacks CPU power. Which is not a good sign, medium size gaming do work on this smartphone. But if you are hardcore gamer, the Motorola E22s is not for you.

Moto E22s Battery

Motorola Moto E22s has a 5000mAh battery that lasts up to 2 days with normal use. To switch on, the brand offers a 10W fast charging option. That’s pretty slow, but acceptable given the price point of this budget phone.

Moto E22s OS & UI

As expected, the Motorola Moto E22s have no bloatware and a clean interface. Motorola’s best thing has always been to offer phones with simple and clear operating systems, and that trend continues.

The phone runs on Android 12, but unlike Xiaomi and Realme, I didn’t notice Motorola’s glitches in his UI. This suggests that the OS is genuine Android and has a great user experience.

Moto E22s Price & Availability

In India, the Motorola Moto E22s has been launched in one variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM. It comes in two color options, Arctic Blue and Eco Black. The Motorola Moto E22s is priced at Rs 8,999 in India and he will be available on Flipkart and retailers on 22nd October 2022.

Why it is the Best gaming mobile under 10000?

The Motorola Moto E22s has pretty much everything you could want in a budget phone in this price range. The 90Hz refresh rate is also a nice touch.

The only thing that makes me hesitate before buying is the processor. If you’re a gamer or a heavy user who multitasks a lot, the Moto E22s isn’t for you.

However, if you’re a regular user looking for an affordable phone for everyday use, the Motorola Moto E22s is he one of the best budget phones. It was released at Amazon’s Diwali sale, so please use it as a gift for your loved ones.
