The Chug Cannon allows you to heal your teammates if they take too much damage. It regenerates ammo when it is in your inventory where it takes up two slots.

Chili Chug Splash

You can get Chili Chug Splash from Alien Weapon frozen fishstick who is located west of cruel citadel, Total cost of buying this 210 Gold Bars,

After being thrown, this exotic weapon will give the player 20 HP in the area around it and also a speed boost.
